After-sale service

Dear customers,
Thank you for choosing and using our products.
1, Personnel training:
We can provide customers with a period of 3 to 7 days of the theory and actual operation training, including the basic theory, performance, functions, operating procedure and solution of technical failure.
a) If the customers come to our factory to participate in the training, we will provide free accommodation for customers for 3-7 days.
b) If the customers ask our engineer to go abroad for training, the cost will be borne by the customers.
2, Spare parts support:
Except the free wearing parts with the products, we recommend customers to purchase a certain number of spare parts.
3, Maintenance branch:
We have chassis service stations in most of the countries and area of the world. Please contact us according to the chassis brand.
4, Warranty period:
Within 3 months after the machines arrive at the destination port and and driving distance is less than 10,000 kilometers.
5, Warranty of chassis:
a) In the warranty period, if the wearing parts are broken, we will charge the price of wearing parts and air freight or ocean freight at cost price from our customers. Or the customers can find the wearing parts from their local chassis service stations.
b) In the warranty period, if damage is caused by the quality of the product itself (not including wearing parts), we will provide free replacement parts and bear the air cost (weight less than 20kg) or ocean freight (weight more than 20kg). Or the customers can find the replacement parts from their local chassis service stations and we will bear the same cost as the replacement parts in China.
6, Warranty of upper structure:
a) In the warranty period, if the wearing parts are broken, we will charge the price of wearing parts and air freight or ocean freight at cost price from our customers. Or the customers can find the wearing parts from their local repair shops.
b) In the warranty period, if damage is caused by the quality of the product itself (not including wearing parts), we will provide free replacement parts and bear the air cost (weight less than 20kg) or ocean freight (weight more than 20kg). Or the customers can find the replacement parts from their local repair shops and we will bear the same cost as the replacement parts in China.
7, Damage identification process:
When any damage occurs, customers should show us the clear pictures of damaged items.
a)If our after-sales department can judge that the damage is caused by the quality of the product itself (not including wearing parts) from the pictures, we will perform after-sales service within 3 working days.
b)If our after-sales department can’t judge that the damage is caused by the quality of the product itself (not including wearing parts) from the pictures, we will ask our customers to send us the damaged items for identification.
8, Tracking service period:
Lifetime. After the warranty period, If the customers need any repair parts or replacement parts, we will only charge the price of repair parts or replacement parts and air freight or ocean freight at cost price from our customers.
